Kevin Lange began his career in the commercial real estate brokerage industry after graduating with honors from the University of Arizona in 2003, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional & Economic Development. With over 10 years of experience in representing institutional clients on a national and global level, within the office, industrial and biomedical industries, Kevin has earned local and national attention from some of our country’s most influential decision makers, including political and secretarial advisors within the White House and on Capitol Hill. With a true affection for the real estate business and altruistic sense for helping people achieve balance and happiness in their lives, Kevin decided to bring his talents to a like-minded company.
Prior to joining Keyser, Kevin was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield’s Phoenix office and Senior Associate at Colliers International. Kevin currently sits on many distinguished boards, such as the Canada Arizona Business Council and Arizona Bio Consortium where he is the founding partner.

“We are extremely pleased to welcome both Beth and Sheryl to our team. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organization, and will guide our clients through the often complex and tedious real estate design and construction process to ensure that real estate projects are delivered on time and under budget,” stated Jonathan Keyser.
Gathered through more than 25 years of experience in design and construction, Ms. Scarano headed the client and project development teams for several national construction firms and was responsible for projects valued at over $3 billion. Her strong communication, organization, management and team‐building skills enable her to oversee a wide range of personnel to get projects successfully navigated from inception through to completion.
Ms. Wirken has over has over 22 years of industry experience including 13 years of experience in project management. Her technical expertise in project management experience includes every aspect of the process, from acquisition, entitlements, design and third party management to project scheduling, project budgeting, and construction oversight. Sheryl holds an undergraduate degree from Arizona State University’s College of Design in Housing and Urban Development (graduating Magna Cum Laude) and an MBA from ASU’s WP Carey School of Business.
