Nathan’s experience representing Landlords has provided valuable insight into Ownership’s underwriting structures giving his clients the competitive advantage in negotiations. Real estate costs are typically the second largest expense for companies and Nathan understands how to negotiate the most aggressive net effective rates for his clients freeing up capital for ancillary business units. He has exclusively represented Tenants both nationally and locally on transactions exceeding 300,000 sqft with an emphasis on lease renewals, site selection, relocations, negotiation of economic incentives, lease versus own analysis, purchase assignments, facility disposition, strategic planning and subleasing. Additionally, Nathan will provide a Lease Abstract and Executive Summary for clients to help them with remember key dates as well as stage negotiations for improving deal economics on upcoming lease renewals.
