Professional Expertise

With 8 years’ experience in the publishing industry, Maia Arneson managed the sales, marketing, and distribution of a Phoenix publication for Colorado-based Red Letter Publishing.  Under her tenure, the publication grew from scratch to become the largest of their 25+ city publications.

Maia’s interest in Social Capital led her to start her own business in 2003, serving Metro-Phoenix businesses and equipping clients to be more effective and efficient in building business relationships. The company has since advised thousands of businesses, and Maia has been able to serve a multitude of professionals.

It is this knack for networking, focus on service, wealth of connections, and drive to always be the best in class that she brings to the Keyser family. Maia will boost our business development efforts and catapult exposure of Jonathan Keyser’s ground breaking new book Disruptive.

About Me & My Personal Commitment to Service

I grew up with parents who would give the shirt off their back to help others, and a faith that focuses on loving others and serving them where they are. I strive to emulate their example and apply this philosophy daily in my personal and professional life. I’ve lived in Red Cross temporary housing after my parent’s home burned down and I’ve lived in mansions.  Both provided me with a perspective that it’s not things, or titles, or money that make a person happy, it is service to others.

My diverse background allows me to meet people where they are and identify how to serve them best. Having grown up in Alaska and Seattle, then moving to Arizona on a Track and Field scholarship for the University of Arizona I know what it means to be resourceful, to be homesick, and to be driven, never recognizing failure as an option. Yet, it is always the opportunity to help that gives me the greatest purpose and truest identity.

Why Keyser?

Corporate America – the statement itself conjures up images in one’s mind. Think Keyser, and selfless service is the predominant image. This philosophy goes against the grain of most corporate cultures and is precisely what drew me to Keyser. Not only does this team embrace my personal values, but we all connect on a fundamental level because we each share the core philosophies of service and hard work.
