Professional Expertise

A well-respected tenant advisor, Noah Barrasso helps local and global tenants achieve their real estate objectives, going above and beyond for each of them and doing everything in his power to help them. His clients choose to work with him because he really listens to them and puts their needs ahead of his own, and because he takes the necessary time to craft and implement unique real estate solutions to solve both short- and long-term real estate challenges. He is also very good at leveraging his extended network to service his clients in ways not inherently obvious.

Prior to joining Keyser, Noah was a founding member of the LSAG (Legal Sector Advisory Group) specialty group at the largest privately held commercial real estate firm in the world, Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Noah started his career at Colliers International in the research department where he developed many of the research and analytical skills he uses today.

About Me & My Personal Commitment to Service

I was blessed with an amazing family. Together they taught me the power of service and how just one person can make a difference in this world. Growing up watching my family really love others and consistently engage in selfless acts of service illustrated to me just how fulfilling a life dedicated to others can be. I know that it’s through service that I can have the most profound impact on the world and so every day I strive to be of service the way my family modeled for me.

Why Keyser?

Only after striving to answer such significant questions as “What do I want out of my life?” did I ultimately commit to joining Keyser. I feel lucky to have had a number of experiences and relationships that to this day continually remind me that we are only on this earth for a very small amount of time. Our days are too scarce to be spent in activities that we are not truly passionate about. My passion is to have a fruitful career that allows me to touch the lives of those I come in contact with, and at Keyser I know I will be able to live that passion each and every day.
