His background includes Masters degrees in both Management and Counseling, as well as positions at University of Phoenix, Hewlett Packard, Palm Inc., and Utah Valley University. With his experience in various industries and disciplines he is well-equipped to fully understand an individual’s and a business’s needs in order to best assist them in accomplishing their goals.

About Me & My Personal Commitment to Service

From a young age TJ was taught by his father and church what hard work and true service felt and looked like. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, service was imparted upon him and practiced continuously. He actively lives out those values each day by seeking out ways to help others, whether it be as a softball officiant, an eagle scout, or as a member of the volunteer staff for the 2002 Winter Olympics. Together with his wife, TJ has raised nine children, and now has six grandchildren. His convictions and strong values of service have trickled down through the generations.

Why Keyser?

In my life I have worked for many companies that were so focused on be self-serving. When I came to Keyser I read Jonathan’s book and was greatly motivated to work for a company has my same values and service-oriented attitude. I have worked as a customer service representative, but I was never taught how to selflessly serve my clients. At Keyser we practice this every day! I have lived my life with a strong foundation of purpose, conviction and with clear principles; Keyser’s 15 principles line up with my personal beliefs. We’re simply a great match.
